Ⅰ. Return Conditions
If you find the item(s) unsatisfactory upon receipt, please contact us for solutions BEFORE using/altering it.
Please note that customized items, including wigs and bundles with personalized color, cap size (other than standard small, medium, large), or any other special alterations, is not eligible for return or exchange.
Ⅱ. Return Process
Our standard return window is 30 days after receipt of order.
To initiate a return or exchange:
Step 1. Kindly contact us within return window, and provide photos showing the unused, unaltered product.

Step 3. After sending order back, kindly provide tracking number (mandatory), for us to locate your package timely.
Step 4. Kindly allow some time for warehouse to sort out and inspect returned item(s).

· 5-7 business days for other regions.

Ⅲ. Responsibility and Cost
Standard Returns: If you are returning your order for reasons other than a defect or damage, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Please be aware that return shipping charges will not be refunded.
Defective or Damaged Items: If the item you received is defective, damaged during shipping, we will cover the return shipping costs in ways of our choosing. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item so we can either arrange a pre-paid return label (for selected regions only) or provide a reimbursement for the actual return shipping cost.
Expedited Delivery Charges: Refunds do not apply to any additional charges incurred for expedited or premium delivery services that you may have chosen voluntarily. These costs are non-refundable, even in cases of return or cancellation.

Standard Orders: When order is still being processed (not shipped yet), customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of placement without incurring any fees. If the order is already shipped, we may not be able to cancel the order directly, and the customer is responsible for any return-related cost. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer service team promptly.
Customized Products: For orders involving customized products (e.g., personalized wigs or bundles), cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placement without penalty. After this period, if production is commenced (based on our internal system), cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Ⅱ. Order Status Considerations
Unprocessed Orders: If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it upon receiving your request and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Shipped Orders: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may consider initiating a return upon receipt, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Ⅲ. Cancellation Fees
Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made within the specified timeframes (24 hours for standard orders, 12 hours for customized products) are free of charge.
Shipped Orders: If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return upon receipt, adhering to our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligibility: Refunds are applicable for cancellations made within the allowed timeframes or for orders that cannot be fulfilled as requested.

Customized Products: Due to their personalized nature, customized products have a limited window for cancellation. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.

The exchange process mirrors the return procedure. Upon approval, the new item will be shipped within 3 business days after receiving the returned product.

Our top priority is to protect our customer's interests. We ensure careful packaging, but once the package is with the courier, events are beyond our control.
If you receive a package with damaged outer packaging, inspect the contents thoroughly, take photographs, and contact us immediately.
Claims for compensation need to be filed within 7 days of receiving the package to be considered.

Can I ask for small/large cap size?
Of course! Our Stock Size is Medium (22"-22.5"). If you require a small/large cap size, kindly leave an order note in your cart. To determine your cap size, check this guide. Kindly note that requesting customized cap size may prolong the handling time by 1-3 business days. Rest assured your order note will be noticed, and all wigs come with combs and/or an elastic band for minor adjustments.
Is your wig come in bleached & plucked?
All of our lace wigs come with standard bleached knots and a pre-plucked hairline. To prevent shedding and ensure durability, we do not offer additional customization or recommend further processing at home.
Where does hair ship from? When will I get my order?
UK/US Fast shipping orders will be shipped from UK/US domestic warehouse respectively.
Other international orders are generally shipped from China (depends on actual situation).
