Ⅰ. Return Conditions
We allow returns on products that have been opened, as long as they are still in a condition that is suitable for resale (e.g., the hair remains unused, unaltered, and in its original state). However, products that have been damaged, altered, or used in any way are not eligible for return.
Please note that customized items, including wigs and bundles with personalized color, cap size, or any other special alterations, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Ⅲ. Responsibility and Cost
Standard Returns: If you are returning your order for reasons other than a defect or damage, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Please be aware that return shipping charges will not be refunded.
Defective or Damaged Items: If the item you received is defective, damaged during shipping, we will cover the return shipping costs in ways of our choosing. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item so we can either arrange a pre-paid return label (for selected regions only) or provide a reimbursement for the actual return shipping cost.
Expedited Delivery Charges: Refunds do not apply to any additional charges incurred for expedited or premium delivery services that you may have chosen voluntarily. These costs are non-refundable, even in cases of return or cancellation.

Customized Products: For orders involving customized products (e.g., personalized wigs or bundles), cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placement without penalty. After this period, if production is commenced (based on our internal system), cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Unprocessed Orders: If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it upon receiving your request and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Shipped Orders: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may consider initiating a return upon receipt, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Can I ask for small/large cap size?
Of course! Our Stock Size is Medium (22"-22.5"). If you require a small/large cap size, kindly leave an order note in your cart. To determine your cap size, check this guide. Kindly note that requesting customized cap size may prolong the handling time by 1-3 business days. Rest assured your order note will be noticed, and all wigs come with combs and/or an elastic band for minor adjustments.
Is your wig come in bleached & plucked?
Most of our lace wigs are already bleached based on the guarantee of the hair not shedding. If you need more bleaching, then you can contact us. And yes, our wigs are pre-plucked.
Where does hair ship from? What are shipping times? Do you have expedited shipment?
Your package may be shipped from China or a US warehouse or a UK warehouse, depending on where your order item is in stock.
