1. Shipping Information

2. Lost or Stolen Parcels
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please:

Return Due to Customer Error:
If an order is returned because of customer-provided inaccurate delivery information, failure to provide a complete address, refusal to accept delivery, or change of mind (after the shipment has been dispatched), the customer is responsible for a portion of the loss incurred by WOWANGEL. -
