Step 2. Our service team will provide a nearest return address, along with alternative solutions that may interest you:)
Step 3. After sending order back, kindly provide tracking number (mandatory), for us to locate your package timely.
Step 4. Kindly allow some time for warehouse to sort out and inspect returned item(s).
After delivery, we usually arrange your refund/exchange in:
· 3-5 business days for UK region
· 5-7 business days for other regions.
Thanks for your patience.
Ⅲ. Responsibility and Cost
Standard Returns: If you are returning your order for reasons other than a defect or damage, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Please be aware that return shipping charges will not be refunded.
Defective or Damaged Items: If the item you received is defective, damaged during shipping, we will cover the return shipping costs in ways of our choosing. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item so we can either arrange a pre-paid return label (for selected regions only) or provide a reimbursement for the actual return shipping cost.
Issues with Your Return:
- Your return didn't arrive (lost or delayed in transit)
We can only process a refund once the item has been received and inspected by us. Until the parcel reaches our facility, it remains in your care.
Please keep your tracking number and proof of postage. If the parcel is lost or goes missing, you'll need to contact the carrier and file a claim directly. We can provide confirmation that we never received the parcel, but we can't refund/exchange an item that hasn't reached us.
*If we provided a prepaid label for return, please get in touch and we will handle the claim on your behalf.
- The item we received is different, or doesn't meet return conditions.
All returns must meet the conditions in [Ⅰ. Return Conditions] above.
If the item we receive has been worn, altered or is not the product we originally shipped to you, we won't be able to issue a full refund.
Should this happen, we'll email you photos of what we received and explain the issue. Depending on the circumstances — and once we've agreed it with you — we may be able to offer a partial refund or store credit instead.
*Regretfully, since we use third-party warehouses for receiving returns, sending an item back to you after receiving the parcel may not be possible, and the actual situation shall prevail.
Expedited Delivery Charges: Refunds do not apply to any additional charges incurred for expedited or premium delivery services that you may have chosen voluntarily. These costs are non-refundable, even in cases of return or cancellation.

To initiate a cancellation, please [contact us] promptly.
*The final result depends on actual situation; we do not guarantee success.
Ⅱ. Order Status Considerations
Unprocessed Orders: If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it upon receiving your request and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Shipped Orders: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may consider initiating a return upon receipt, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Ⅳ. Refund Process
Eligibility: Refunds are applicable for cancellations made within the allowed timeframes or for orders that cannot be fulfilled as requested.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Ⅴ. Exceptions
Force Majeure: In events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), WOWANGEL reserves the right to modify or cancel orders. Affected customers will be notified promptly, and appropriate refunds or alternatives will be offered.
