USA Local Shipping Policy

Items in our USA Collection ship directly from our U.S. warehouse for fast, duty-free delivery. 

Shipping Methods

• Standard (2–5 Days): Delivered via USPS or FedEx.
• Overnight (+$25): Orders placed between 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM ship the same day. Orders placed after 7:00 AM ship the following business day.

Important Notes

• Cap Size: U.S. inventory is limited to Medium (22"–22.5"). Small or Large sizes ship from our China warehouse with longer delivery timelines.
• Operating Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM PST.
• Availability: If a U.S. item is out of stock, we will ship from an alternate warehouse at no extra cost and notify you.
