Delivery Time and Cost:

PO Boxes and Military Addresses:
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO). Please provide a physical address for your order.

Please note that customized hair, including wigs and bundles, such as those with customized color or wig size cap, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unauthorized returns without prior contact will not be accepted for refund.
Responsibility and Cost:
